By accessing or using Penbrio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Penbrio is a free public platform where Indian college students can upload, share, and download academic documents including notes, previous year question papers (PYQs), and question banks. We do not create, own, or verify the accuracy of content uploaded by users.

Penbrio is open to anyone. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By signing in with Google, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You may use Penbrio to:

• Browse, search, and download publicly shared academic documents
• Upload your own notes, PYQs, and question banks
• Rate, upvote, and interact with documents shared by others
• Submit feedback and feature requests to the Platform

You may only upload content that you have the legal right to share. Permitted content includes:

• Your own handwritten or typed notes and study material
• Documents that are publicly available or in the public domain
• Material you have explicit permission to redistribute

You may not upload:

• Copyrighted textbooks, publisher content, or paid study material without permission
• Personal information or private data of other individuals
• Harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Content that impersonates any person, institution, or organization
• Spam, advertisements, or unrelated commercial content

When you upload content to Penbrio, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and make available that content on the Platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

All platform design, code, branding, and original content created by Penbrio remains the intellectual property of the Platform and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

If you believe content on Penbrio infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@penbrio.me with:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• The URL of the infringing content
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith

We will review and remove infringing content promptly upon verification.

You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Penbrio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time without notice or liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Penbrio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. Documents are shared by users and we do not verify their correctness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Penbrio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
